South African radio and television presenter, author and voice over artist Carol Ofori has won a prestigious award for her voice over work. Known for her captivating voice and impressive presenting skills whether it’s through her radio show on one of South Africa’s biggest commercial radio stations East Coast Radio, hosting live shows and events and doing voice overs for some of the biggest adverts for both TV & Radio for big brands like GAME Stores, Carol’s voice is most certainly recognisable.

About a month ago she was announced as a nominee at the 9th Annual SOVAS in the Best African Voice Over category. On 18th December 2022 Carol was announced as winner in the category.

The Queen of Daytime as she’s referred to my her millions of listeners on her award winning daytime show on East Coast Radio a major commercial radio station based in in Durban, South Africa. Carol is also a host of lifestyle magazine show Raising Babies on SABC 2. In 2019 she Carol was announced as the official voice of Miss South Africa and has written a series of best selling children’s books The African Adventures of Sena & Katlego.

Carol is currently on a well deserved break from her radio show with media Personality Tee Xaba holding it down for the queen until she makes a return on January 9th, 2022. EastCoast Congratulated Carol across all their social media and live in air.
