South African born global comedian Trevor Noah has announced he will be returning to Netflix for his 4th comedy special titled Trevor Noah: Where was I .
After wrapping up a year long US tour, Trevor Noah has released his 4th original Netflix comedy special, Trevor dropped the trailer just hours after the special was nominated for a Golden Globe Award.
The special was filmed at Fox Theater in Detroit, USA and sees Noah shares experiences of his recent travels around the world. When Trevor resigned from The Daily Show in 2022, he mentioned wanting to travel as one of his reasons for calling it quit after 7 years so we are glad he decided to share his experiences with us through what he does best ‘comedy’.
Trevor Noah: Where Was I earned a nomination in the newly-created Best Performance in Stand- Up Comedy on Television category at the 2024 Golden Globes, competing against fellow comics Ricky Gervais, Chris Rock, Amy Schumer, Sarah Silverman, and Wanda Sykes for the award.
Trevor Noah: Where Was I premieres on globally on Netflix on December 19th, 2023.
