South African- ESwatini artist and record producer Msfit (real name Maqhawe Nhlakanipho Nkosi) has announced his much anticipated album Imisindo Ephilisayo will be released in February this year.

ALBUM: Imisindo Ephilisayo.

Imisindo Ephilisayo (Healing Sounds) marks the official solo debut of Msfit, after the success of his collaborative project And The Grammy Goes To with Umzulu Phaqa, released in September 2025 and received critical acclaim and recognition as one of albums that helped shape the sound of African African R&B/Neo Sou in 2025.

In November, he released his first single Ngathi Uzovuka featuring Blue Pappi of the Qwellers tackling the Gender Based Violence pandemic in South Africa.

The artist is gearing up for a unique pre-album release experience, introducing a 2-piece band featuring Mangaliso Nala on guitar and Liyasakha Tyhoba on piano. This dynamic duo brings a wealth of experience and creativity, blending seamlessly with the artist’s sound.

Mangaliso Nala’s guitar work and Liyasakha Tyhoba’s piano skills are likely to add a captivating layer to the artist’s music, creating an intimate and emotive atmosphere. This setup allows for a more stripped-back, acoustic sound, potentially showcasing the artist’s vocal and songwriting abilities in a new light.
